Install Pads

  1. Install screws and washers securing the seat pad to the seat frame assembly using an 8 mm Allen wrench.

    2 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 25 mm 3
    3 Washer, Flat 3/8" 3
    4 Hole Plug, 1" 3

    Tighten hardware to 40-50 in-lb (4.5-5.6 Nm).

  2. Install holes plugs to the seat frame assembly using a rubber mallet.
  3. Slide shaft collars and roller pads onto the roller pad bracket.

    4 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 30 mm 2
    5 Bearing Housing Cap 2

    Tighten hardware to 40-50 in-lb (4.5-5.6 Nm).

  4. Install screws and plates securing roller pads to the roller pad bracket using an 8 mm Allen wrench.
  5. Tighten set screws in shaft collars to 8-10 ft-lb (10.8-13.5 Nm) using a 4 mm Allen wrench.
  6. Install bearing housing caps to the roller pads using a rubber mallet.
