Install Handles

  1. Slide cable through cable end housing and cable end insert. Place cable into cable end link.

    3 Cable End Insert 2
    4 Cable End Link 2
    5 Screw, M5 x 0.8 HXS, 8mm 4
    6 Snap Link 2

    Tighten hardware to 40-50 in. lbs. (4.5-5.6 Nm)

  2. Install screws securing cable end link to cable end housing using a 4mm Allen wrench.
  3. Connect snap link to the cable end link.
  4. Install lat bar and row bar handles to unit.
