Install Cam Assemblies

  1. Route one end of the 64" (1629mm) cable into the left cam mount assembly.
  2. Install cable clip securing the cable to the left cam mount assembly.

  3. Install screws securing the cable retainer cover plate to the left cam mount assembly using a Phillips screwdriver.

    3 Screw, M4 x 0.7, 10mm 2

    Tighten hardware to 16-20 in-lb (1.8-2.2 Nm).

  4. Route cable through the floating pulley assembly.

  5. Slide 1.195" spacer and left cam mount assembly onto the input weldment.

  6. Place shaft key into the slot on the input weldment. Align coupler weldment with the shaft key and slide onto the input weldment.

  7. Route the remaining end of the cable into the right cam mount assembly.
  8. Install cable clip securing the cable to the right cam mount assembly.

  9. Install screws securing the cable retainer cover plate to the right cam mount assembly using a Phillips screwdriver.

    3 Screw, M4 x 0.7, 10mm 2

    Tighten hardware to 16-20 in-lb (1.8-2.2 Nm).

  10. Slide right cam mount assembly and .653" spacer onto the input weldment.

  11. Place end support assembly onto the input weldment and rotate up to align with holes on the tower frame.

  12. Install screws and washers securing the end support assembly to the tower frame using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    4 Washer, Flat 3/8" 4

    Loosely hand tighten hardware.

  13. Install screw and washer securing the end support assembly to the input weldment using a 17mm wrench.

    4 Washer, Fender 3/8" 1

    Loosely hand tighten hardware.

  14. Test unit for proper operation.
  15. Tighten all loose hardware in Install Work Arm Assembly and Install Cam Assemblies to 20 ft-lb (27.1 Nm).
  16. Tighten all loose hardware in Assemble Frame Components to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).
  17. Install bearing housing cap to the end support assembly using a rubber mallet.

  18. Install bearing housing cap to the pad mount assembly using a rubber mallet.
