Install Cam Assemblies
- Route one end of the 64" (1629mm) cable into the left cam mount assembly.
- Install cable clip securing the cable to the left cam mount assembly.
- Install screws securing the cable retainer cover plate to the left cam mount assembly using a Phillips screwdriver.
- Route cable through the floating pulley assembly.
- Slide 1.195" spacer and left cam mount assembly onto the input weldment.
- Place shaft key into the slot on the input weldment. Align coupler weldment with the shaft key and slide onto the input weldment.
- Route the remaining end of the cable into the right cam mount assembly.
- Install cable clip securing the cable to the right cam mount assembly.
- Install screws securing the cable retainer cover plate to the right cam mount assembly using a Phillips screwdriver.
- Slide right cam mount assembly and .653" spacer onto the input weldment.
- Place end support assembly onto the input weldment and rotate up to align with holes on the tower frame.
- Install screws and washers securing the end support assembly to the tower frame using an 8mm Allen wrench.
- Install screw and washer securing the end support assembly to the input weldment using a 17mm wrench.
- Test unit for proper operation.
- Tighten all loose hardware in Install Work Arm Assembly and Install Cam Assemblies to 20 ft-lb (27.1 Nm).
- Tighten all loose hardware in Assemble Frame Components to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).
- Install bearing housing cap to the end support assembly using a rubber mallet.
- Install bearing housing cap to the pad mount assembly using a rubber mallet.


Tighten hardware to 16-20 in-lb (1.8-2.2 Nm).







Loosely hand tighten hardware.
