Install Seat

  1. Pull detent pin out and slide the seat post assembly down into the main frame assembly.
    Tip: Break-Free CLP can be used to lubricate the seat post assembly. Spray Break-Free CLP, or apply with a cloth, to the plated seat post.
  2. Install screws securing the seat glide bushing to the main frame assembly using a Phillips screwdriver.

    4 Screw, M5 x 10, Phillips 2

    Tighten hardware to 30-39 in-lbs (3.4-4.4 Nm).

  3. Install screws and washers securing the seat pad to the seat post assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    4 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 25mm 4

    Tighten hardware to 40-50 in-lb (4.5-5.6 Nm).
