Cable Routing

  1. Route cable out through the hole on the side of the tower frame. Route cable through the pulley support assembly.
  2. Slide the carriage bolt to the end of the slot in the pulley support assembly using a 17mm wrench.

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).

  3. Slide pulley support assembly onto the pivot shaft and align with holes in the tower frame.
    Note: Press the pivot shaft into the pulley arm assembly so approximately ¼" is exposed to get the pulley support assembly to align with the tower frame.
  4. Install screws and washers securing the pulley support assembly to the tower frame using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    5 Washer, Flat 3/8" 8

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).

  5. Install screw and washer securing the pivot shaft to the pulley support assembly using a 7mm Allen wrench.

    Note: Tighten screws on both sides of the pivot shaft to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).
  6. Route cable around the pulley on the pulley arm assembly and into the cam.
  7. Install cable clip securing the cable to the cam.

  8. Install screws and washers securing the cable retainer service plate to the cam detent plate using a Phillips screwdriver.

    3 Screw, M4 x 10mm, Phillips 2

    Tighten hardware to 8-10 in-lb (0.9-1.1 Nm).
