Install Pads

  1. Place spring pin on the end of the detent shaft.

  2. Thread detent shaft into the kicker assembly.
  3. Slide shaft collar and roller pad assembly onto the kicker assembly.

    6 Bearing Housing Cap with Hole 1

  4. Place retainer plate and bearing housing cap over the detent pin assembly and thread the detent pin assembly into the kicker assembly.
  5. Tighten set screws in the shaft collar to 8-10 ft-lb (10.8-13.5 Nm) using a 4mm Allen wrench.
  6. Install screw and washer securing the kicker assembly to the work arm assembly using a 7mm Allen wrench.

    3 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 30mm Low Head 1
    4 Washer, 3/8" ID x 1.25" OD 1

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).

  7. Slide shaft collar and roller pad assembly onto the thigh pad assembly.

    5 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 35mm 1
    6 Bearing Housing Cap 1

    Tighten hardware to 40-50 in-lb (4.5-5.6 Nm).

  8. Install screw and plate securing the roller pad assembly to the thigh pad assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.
  9. Install bearing housing cap to the roller pad assembly using a rubber mallet.
  10. Tighten set screws in the shaft collar to 8-10 ft-lb (10.8-13.5 Nm) using a 4mm Allen wrench.
  11. Install screws and washers securing the seat pad to the main frame assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    4 Washer, Flat 3/8" 4

    Tighten hardware to 40-50 in-lb (4.5-5.6 Nm).

  12. Pull detent pin out and slide seat back assembly into the main frame assembly.
    Tip: Break-Free CLP can be used to lubricate the seat back assembly. Spray Break-Free CLP, or apply with a cloth, to the plated back adjustment post.

  13. Install screws to the seat back assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).

  14. Install screws and washers securing the back pad to the seat back assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    4 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 30mm 2
    5 Hole Plug, 1" 4

    Tighten hardware to 40-50 in-lb (4.5-5.6 Nm).

  15. Install hole plugs to the seat back assembly using a rubber mallet.
