Install Cam and Work Arms

  1. Slide pivot shaft into the pivot boom assembly.
  2. Install screw and washer securing the pivot shaft to the pivot boom assembly using a 7mm Allen wrench.

    4 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 30mm Low Head 1

    Hand tighten hardware.

  3. Install screws and nuts securing the cam detent plate and cam weldment to the cam using a 6mm and 7mm Allen wrench.

    4 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 35mm Flat Head 5
    5 Nut, M10 x 1.5, Socket Head 5

    Tighten hardware to 14-16 ft-lb (19-21.7 Nm).

  4. Slide bearing housing caps, .403 spacers, work arm assembly, .653 spacers, cam assembly, and pulley arm assembly onto the pivot shaft.

    Note: Make sure pulley arm assembly is aligned to rest on top of the bumper bracket on the cam assembly.
  5. Press bearing housing caps onto the bearing housings of the work arm assembly and pulley arm assembly.
  6. Install screws and washers securing the counter weight to the work arm assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    Tighten hardware to 14-16 ft-lb (19-21.7 Nm).

  7. Install screw and washer securing the thigh pad assembly to the pivot boom assembly using a 7mm Allen wrench.

    5 Bearing Housing Cap 1

    Tighten hardware to 14-16 ft-lb (19-21.7 Nm).

  8. Install bearing housing cap to the pivot boom assembly using a rubber mallet.
