Install Seat Back Assembly

  1. Slide pivot shaft into the main frame assembly.
  2. Install screws and washers securing the seat back linkage assembly to the main frame assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    4 Washer, Flat 3/8" 2
    5 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 30mm 2

    Tighten hardware to 30-39 in-lb (3.4-4.4 Nm).

  3. Slide pivot shaft into the seat back linkage assembly.
  4. Pull detent pin out on the rear seat linkage assembly and slide the seat back assembly down into position.
  5. Install screws and washers securing the seat back assembly to the seat back linkage assembly and seat assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    Tighten hardware to 30-39 in-lb (3.4-4.4 Nm).

  6. Press gas shock onto the ball studs.
    Note: Make sure gas shock is oriented as shown.
