Install Seat Assembly

  1. Slide pivot shaft into the main frame assembly.
  2. Install screws and washers securing the rear seat linkage assembly to the main frame assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    4 Washer, Flat 3/8" 2
    5 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 30mm 2

    Tighten hardware to 30-39 in-lb (3.4-4.4 Nm).

  3. Slide pivot shaft into the front seat linkage assembly.
  4. Install screws and washers securing the front seat linkage assembly to the main frame assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    4 Washer, Flat 3/8" 2
    5 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 30mm 2

    Tighten hardware to 30-39 in-lb (3.4-4.4 Nm).

  5. Slide pivot shaft into the front seat linkage assembly.
  6. Align seat assembly with the front and rear seat linkage assemblies. Slide pivot shaft through the seat assembly and rear seat linkage assembly.
  7. Install screws and washers securing the seat assembly to the front seat linkage assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.
