Custom Sign Assembly

  1. Position the sign bracket tubes 42 inches / 108.6 centimeters apart on the mid weldment.

    Note: Sign will mount to end beams on shorter bridge lengths.
  2. Install the sign bracket tubes, slots facing outward, to the mid weldment and tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lbs / 27.1-33.8 Nm.
    Important: If the monkey bar weldment shares the same bolt hole as the sign bracket tube, replace the backing washer with an 1/2 internal lock washer.

  3. Install sign plates to the sign bracket tubes and tighten hardware 20-25 ft-lbs / 27.1-33.8 Nm.

  4. Gently tap end caps into the sign bracket tubes.
