Fault	Solution
The water tank appears cloudy or tank water has changed color.	Check to see that your unit has not been positioned in direct sunlight as this can impact the water quality. Your tank requires a water treatment every 12-24 months. To treat the water, refer to the section in this manual called Water Treatment Procedure. Change unit location to reduce direct exposure to sunlight. Add water treatment or change tank water as directed in the water treatment section of this manual. Consider using distilled water to refill tank.
I want to drain the fluid tank on my UpperCycle GX Trainer.	It is recommended to take your unit outdoors, open the fill plug, and lay unit on its side to facilitate draining process. If draining indoors, a container capable of holding 8 litres of water will be required.
When I am training the pedals are slipping.	It is likely your PK tank belt requires tightening. To do this, remove the large inspection plate on opposite side of tank and check belt tension. For details on belt tightening, please refer to our website at www.lifefitness.com
One of the handles is loose and cannot be re-tightened.	It is possible that the arm threads have become stripped. Contact your local dealer for replacement. Then check weekly as recommended.
