Assemble Uprights: XS and XL

  1. Attach cross-member weldments to the uprights.

    3 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 85mm 4
    4 Socket Nut 4
    5 Spacer 4
    6 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 130mm 4
    7 90 Degree Weldment 1
    8 Battle Rope Weldment 1

    Hand tighten hardware.

  2. Install storage attachments to uprights.

    3 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 130mm 4
    4 Peg Storage 1
    5 Storage Weldment 1

    Hand tighten hardware.

  3. Install final spaces.

    2 3/8" Washer 4
    3 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 85mm 4
    4 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 130mm 8
    5 Spacer 8
    6 Socket Nut 8
    7 90 Degree Weldment 1

    Hand tighten hardware.

  4. Tighten all hardware previously installed to 20-25 ft-lb (27-33 Nm).
