Assemble Base Frame Components

  1. Install screws, washers, and locknut securing the back pad weldment to the base frame assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench and a 17mm wrench.

    3 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 70mm 2
    4 Washer, Flat 3/8" 2
    5 Nut, M10 x 1.5, Hex Nylock 1

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).

  2. Slide leg pad weldment into the pivot tube on the right arm assembly. Install screw and fender washer securing the leg pad weldment to the right arm assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    2 Washer, Fender 3/8" 2
    3 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 20mm 2

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).

  3. Repeat Step 2 to install the other leg pad weldment to the left arm assembly.
