Install Work Arm Assembly

  1. Slide left and right handles onto the work arm.
  2. Install screws and washers securing the handles to the work arm using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    4 Washer, 3/8" ID x 1.25" OD 2
    5 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 20mm 2

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).

  3. Slide short spacers and pivot shaft into the bearing housing on the work arm assembly.
  4. Align work arm assembly with the main frame.
  5. Install screws and washers securing the work arm assembly to the main frame using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    5 Washer, Flat 3/8" 2
    6 Screw, M10 x 1.5, 30mm 2

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).

  6. Tighten hardware securing the foot plate assembly to the main frame.

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).

  7. Install screws through slots in the handles and into the work arm assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).
