Install Work Arm Assembly
- Slide shaft collars and roller pads onto the roller pad assembly.
- Install screws and plates securing the roller pads to the kicker assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.
- Tighten 30mm screws to 40-50 in-lb (4.5-5.5 Nm).
- Tighten set screws in shaft collars to 8-10 ft-lb (10.8-13.5 Nm) using a 4mm Allen wrench.
- Install bearing housing caps to roller pads using a rubber mallet.
- Pull detent pin out and slide kicker assembly into work arm assembly.
- Install screws securing the kicker assembly to the work arm assembly using a Phillips screwdriver. Tighten to 30-39 in-lbs (3.4-4.4 Nm).
- Install screws, washers, and locknuts securing the stop block to the work arm assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.
- Slide short spacers and pivot shaft into the bearing housing on the work arm assembly.
- Align work arm assembly with the main frame.
- Install screws securing the work arm assembly to the main frame using an 8mm Allen wrench.


Tighten hardware to 40-50 in-lb (4.5-5.6 Nm).
