Install weight bar assembly

  1. Place weight bar on frame and secure in place by latching bar catch on hooks.
  2. Verify each bar catch is hooked properly on the hook.

  3. Slide bearing housing up (located at bottom of guide shaft) and align holes with weight bar bracket.
  4. Locate four Socket Head Cap Screws (SHCS), four washers and loctite from shipping package.
  5. Place a small drop of loctite on the four SHCS and in threaded holes of weight bar bracket.
  6. Place washer over SHCS.
  7. Using a 5/16” Allen wrench tighten the four SHCS securing the weight bar bracket to the bearing housing.
  8. Repeat for opposite side.
