Assemble Frame

  1. Install bolts, washers and hex nuts securing the side tube assemblies to the base assembly, and tighten to 20-29 ft-lbs (27-39 Nm).

  2. Install bolts, washers and hex nuts securing the upright assemblies (logo facing out) to the base assembly, and tighten to 20-29 ft-lbs (27-39 Nm).

  3. Install bolts, washers, connection tubes and hex nuts securing hook plates to the uprights, and tighten to 20-29 ft-lbs (27-39 Nm).

    Note: Bottom two holes in the base do not use connection tubes.
  4. If not being secured to the floor (recommended), gently install hole plugs to the side tube assemblies using a rubber mallet.
