Install Rear Frame Assembly

The following procedure describes how to install the rear frame assembly to the base frame assembly. Weight horns are shipped in an inverted orientation. Remove weight horns and flip to correct orientation before installing rear frame to main frame.
  1. Remove bolts, washers, backing washers, and nuts securing weight horns to rear frame assembly using two 3/4" wrenches.

    3 Bolt, HHB.5x2.5 8
    4 Washer, 1/2" Internal Lock 8
    5 Backing Washer 8
    6 Nut, 1/2" Thin Lock 8
  2. Flip weight horns around and install bolts, washers, backing washers, and nuts, securing weight horns to rear frame assembly using two 3/4" wrenches.

    4 Washer, 1/2" Internal Lock 8
    5 Backing Washer 8
    6 Nut, 1/2" Thin Lock 8

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb / 27-34 Nm.

  3. Orientate rear frame assembly so its horizontal weight horns are pointing away from the base frame assembly and its uprights are pointing towards the base frame assembly.

  4. Install bolts, backing washers, washers, and locknuts securing rear frame assembly to base frame assembly using two 3/4" wrenches.

    5 Washer, 1/2" Internal Lock 4
    6 Nut, 1/2" Thick Lock 4

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb / 27-34 Nm.
