Fit Unit Through 34" Doorway

The following procedure describes how to fit unit through a 34" / 86cm doorway. If the doorway is wider than 48" / 122cm, skip to Install Rear Frame Assembly procedure.
  1. Loosen set screws in handle weldment collars using a 4mm Allen wrench.

    2 Set Screw 8
  2. Remove pivot shafts from handle weldments and workams.

    2 Workarm 2
    3 Pivot Shaft 2
  3. Rotate workarms up and attach strap around weight horns.
    Note: Use banding strap from packaging.

  4. Fit components through doorway.
  5. Remove strap from weight horns and lower workams.

  6. Align handle weldments with workarms.
  7. Install pivot shafts securing handle weldments and workams.
    Note: Make sure same amount of pivot shaft is sticking past top and bottom collar.

  8. Tighten set screws in handle weldment collars using a 4mm Allen wrench.

    1 Collar 4
    2 Set Screw 8

    Tighten hardware to 8-10 ft-lb / 10.8-13.5 Nm.

  9. Verify workarm alignment by checking to see if handle ends are even.

    Note: If all adjustments have been made to make them even, an 1/8 inch/3mm difference is within specifications.
