Assemble DL/DS

The following procedure applies to the LBR-DS.
  1. Remove hex bolts, washers and hex nuts securing the end saddles to the top tray.

    1 Saddle 4
    2 Top Tray 1
    3 M10 x 25mm Hex Bolt 4
    4 3/8" Flat Washer 8
    5 M10 Hex Nylock Nut 4
  2. Loosely install bolts, washers and hex nuts securing the trays to the left frame.

    1 Left Frame 1
    2 Tray 3
    3 M10 x 25mm Bolt 6
    4 3/8" Flat Washer 6
    5 M10 Hex Nylock Nut 6
  3. Repeat step to install trays to the right frame.
  4. Install hex bolts, washers and hex nuts securing saddles to top tray and tighten to 20-29 ft-lbs (27-39 Nm).

  5. Tighten all loose hardware to 20-29 ft-lbs (27-39 Nm).
