The activity zone has three default incline levels and three default resistance levels.

To program quick keys, select desired incline or resistance level. Once achieved, press and hold quick key for 3 seconds to program the quick key. Process can be repeated for remaining quick keys if desired.

Note: When one of the Activity Zone buttons are pressed, the backlight for that specific button will light indicating which quick-select level was activated. The backlight for these buttons will remain off until selected by the user, or the resistance level matching the pre-selected levels.

Symbio Runner

The Control Pad allows users to adjust incline, Adaptive Flex Deck® settings, and speed.

It also includes the E-Stop button. Press once during a workout to pause the workout. Pulling the lanyard will end workout.

Recumbent Cycle

The left handle has media controls for volume up, volume down, channel up, and channel down.

The right handle has resistance controls for resistance up and resistance down.
