Assemble Frame

  1. Orientate bottom cross brace weldment so its drain holes face down.

  2. Loosely install M10 x 135mm screws, washers, and hex nuts securing bottom cross brace assembly to the left and right side frame assemblies using a 7mm Allen wrench and 17mm wrench.

    3 M10 x 135mm Screw 4
    4 3/8" Flat Washer 8
    5 M10 Hex Nylock Nut 4
    6 Bottom Cross Brace Weldment 1

    Hand tighten hardware

  3. Loosely install M10 x 30mm screws and washers securing the top cross brace assembly to the left and right side frame assemblies using a 7mm Allen wrench.

    2 3/8" Flat Washer 4
    3 Left Side Frame Assembly 1
    4 Top Cross Brace Assembly 1
    5 Right Side Frame Assembly 1

    Hand tighten hardware

  4. Tighten all hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27-33 Nm).
