Assemble Components

  1. Install the left and right side frame assemblies to the top tray weldment with the 1/2" x 3" bolts, lock washers and lock nuts.

    2 Lock Washer, 1/2" 8
    3 Left Side Frame Assembly 1
    4 Top Tray Weldment 1
    5 Right Side Frame Assembly 1
    6 Lock Nut, 1/2" 2

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lbs (27.1-33.9 Nm)

  2. Place Hammer lock nuts into center tube assembly. Install 1/2" x 1-1/2" bolts and lock washers securing the center tube assembly to the top tray weldment.

    Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lbs (27.1-33.9 Nm)
