Install Work Arm Assembly

  1. Slide shaft collars and roller pads onto the roller pad assembly.
  2. Install screws and plates securing the roller pads to the kicker assembly using an 8mm Allen wrench.

  3. Tighten 30mm screws to 40-50 in-lb (4.5-5.5 Nm).
  4. Tighten set screws in shaft collars to 8-10 ft-lb (10.8-13.5 Nm) using a 4mm Allen wrench.
  5. Install bearing housing caps to roller pads using a rubber mallet.
  6. Pull detent pin out and slide kicker assembly into work arm assembly.
    Tip: Break-Free CLP can be used to lubricate the kicker assembly. Spray Break-Free CLP, or apply with a cloth, to the plated kicker assembly post.
  7. Install screws securing the kicker assembly to the work arm assembly using a Phillips screwdriver. Tighten to 30-39 in-lbs (3.4-4.4 Nm).
  8. Slide short spacers, ball bearings, long spacer, and pivot shaft into the bearing housing on the work arm assembly.
  9. Align work arm assembly with the main frame.
  10. Install screws securing the work arm assembly to the main frame using an 8mm Allen wrench.

    Tighten hardware to 40-50 in-lb (4.5-5.6 Nm).
