Assemble Frame

The following procedure applies to the AR3, DB3HX, and DB3LS.
  1. Loosely install bolts, washers, and hex nuts securing the trays onto the left frame using an 8mm Allen wrench and a 17mm socket wrench.

    1 Left Frame 1
    2 Tray 3
    3 M10 x 25mm Bolt 6
    4 3/8" Flat Washer 6
    5 M10 Hex Nylock Nut 6
  2. Repeat step to install trays to the right frame.
  3. Tighten all bolts to 20-25 ft-lbs (27-33 Nm).
