Stand Alone Assembly

For Stand Alone Platforms Only:
  1. Lay Wings against Wood Center Platform; place ISP Impact Suppression Squares non-vinyl covered side down:

    2 Wood Center Platform 1
    3 Wood Wing - Base Layer (4 or 6 foot length) 2
    Note: 6X8 size ISP platforms use six Impact Suppression Squares.
  2. Lay Rubber Mats over Suppression Squares/Wood Wings of Platform Assembly:

    1 Rubber Mat - Top Layer 2
    2 Platform Assembly 1
    Note: Diamond pattern side of Rubber Mat faces up.
  3. With holes facing out, add Side Rails to Platform Assembly:

    1 Side Rail (4 or 6 foot) 2
    2 Platform Assembly 1
  4. Loosely attach front and rear frame rails:

    1 8 Foot Rear Rail 1
    2 3/8-16 X 2.75 Hex Bolt 2
    3 3/8 Washer 4
    4 Platform Assembly 1
    5 8 Foot Front Rail 1
    6 3/8-16 X 3.00 Hex Bolt 2
    Note: 8 Foot Front Rail has cut out to fit over Platform Assembly's metal tongue.
  5. Add Corner Brackets and secure:

    1 3/8-16 X 1.25 Hex Bolt 8
    2 3/8 Washer 8
    3 Corner Bracket 4
    4 Platform Assembly 1
    Note: Tighten all frame hardware to 20-25 Ft-lbs (27.1-33.8 Nm)
  6. For ISP Platforms, add Placard to Platform Assembly:
    Item Description Qty.
    1 Placard 1
    Note: Request desired location from owner before applying.
